Ban reason: On radio as Host, started talking about how hot a character's mom was and how he was "doing her" and "going to her place." When asked to stop and confronted by multiple players, became aggressive. Said "they could have just turned off the radio." "Modern Warfare 2" defense in AHelp."

Ban issue: What I was banned/noted for is not against the rules.

Events leading to the ban

I was the radio host just doing my job. I thought to myself I should be like those drama radio host who stir up a crowd by saying controversial things. Like think Howard Stern or even Alex Jones, something to spice stuff up. So, I made your mom joke to the person named, Soft-paws Mia, where I just called her mom hot. Mind you I was talking about a make-believe character in a video game, not her real mom. Then I noticed she was really bugged about that so kept pushing her to see if something would happen, like her trying to break into my office or something on those lines. But then other players were getting mad at me, which I didn’t care since it is a video game. I then went back to my place and was almost killed by an admin, which I thought that would be that. They then started messaging me about it and seemed to not listen to a single thing I said. They then banned me for sexual harassment, which like come on, your mom joke. It was later proven in the discord that they were friends with this player.

Reason the ban should be removed

I did nothing that bad, I made a your mom joke and she could have simply turned off the radio. No reason to be banned over this.

I’m going to start by saying the way you handled this was not great. With that out of the way, let’s talk about the main issues.

You can make mom jokes all you want, but this is still a role playing game with real people behind the characters you encounter and interact with. This can mean that, even if you think something you do is funny, does not always mean others will think the same. When you announce you’re going to go to someone else’s house and have sexual intercourse with their mother repeatedly despite being told to stop by three different players (one of them were deadmined in-round), it becomes clear an admin has to step in.

If someone tells you to knock it off with something they do not like, listen to them instead of being confrontational about it.

Before I talk about the messages you had sent in the screenshot provided above, let’s start with how you handled this after being banned.

You had made a complaint on weetaht (who hasn’t really interacted with Soft Paws Mia, nor did you even use the template in the pinned post, showing you really had it out for her) after the ban, being oddly rude, even making one admin believe you were drunk, and another asking for you to take some time to cool down.

You also were proven to be lying, which we do not tolerate in staff complaints.

You cannot go swinging like this. You cannot insult others in the complaint. You cannot be a dick in general. Chill out if you’re upset. It’s not worth putting yourself in a worse position than you already were at.

Now, back to that image I had sent. When you go into an admin’s direct messages and send them what’s in the image, you’re digging yourself into your grave at that point. It’s not nice to tell someone to kill themself, then calling them a limp dick loser that’s butt buddies with everyone (you assume).

No one is a “e kitten,” no one involved besides you was the problem, nor is the person you messages mentally unwell. You were just spewing nonsense.
