Ban issue: I did not do what I was banned/noted for.

Events leading to the ban

The round was about to end, my character boarded the evac shuttle (Not sure what’s that called, I am new to the game). I sat on a seat, then a fire started, and I was caught in that fire. After a while in the shuttle I was greeted with the ban message.

Reason the ban should be removed

I have no idea what caused the fire on the evac, nor was I a raider of any kind. I am new to the game. If I have done something out of the ordinary that caused this event, I would like to be made aware of that.
