I used to play on Ratbite then I got banned… I was wondering if I can get my medical hours back, I had CMO and CMO mantle unlocked and senior physition ID unlocked, I dont have a screenshot cuz, yk, I was banned, and I didnt know I could transfer hours between servers, but, if thats possible i would appreciate it

We need the screenshot to do the time transfer. You may be able to ask a ratbite admin to send you a screenshot of your times, but without a screenshot we can not do anything.
