Do you have any SS14 experience outside of Goob Station or any SS13 experience? [i have played the game the game for 1000h. on wizden, frontier, delta, goob (if goob time needed then it is 42h)]

Do you have prior administration experience? If so, explain in detail what you've done during your time as an admin. We prefer experience in Space Station 13 or 14 but other games are okay too. If you can, do post evidence of this too. [i don't remember being a admin on any of the ss14 servers. (never played ss13)]

Have you ever been banned from any SS14 or SS13 servers? [i have been banned from wizden, goob but not from any other server]

Admins can perform various tasks which are not available to the average player. An incomplete list of these tasks is in-game rule enforcement, in-game events, ban appeals, and out-of-game rule enforcement through things like replay/log reviews in response to player reports. With these, and any other tasks you're aware of in mind, answer the following two questions.

What are you primarily interested in doing as an admin? [moderating the game and doing some admeme here and there.]

What are you least interested in doing as an admin? [i don't really have a special thing that i don't like. i like mostly everything evenly]

What role do you think game admins serve on our servers besides just dealing with rule breakers? i believe admins are here to help players when they need help or are confused about certain aspects of the game or roleplay and dealing with rule violation, ensuring a fair and smooth experience for everyone else playing

Why do you want to become an administrator for Goob Station? [i like the community and what people have put into this server, and i somehow want to contribute to the server in my free time and help with moderation. i also get satisfaction from helping people]

How do you feel about the current roleplay status on the servers?
[i don't like the roleplay really much on this server. sometimes there are lrp rounds and nrp rounds. the roleplay could be a little improved.]

Other than banning problematic players, what admin actions do you believe have the biggest positive impact? [helping players with questions and things they might not understand really well (mentors kinda do it but i have mostly seen game admins doing it)]

Have you ever had a negative experience in the game or with a game admin? If so what, if anything, would you do to prevent other players from experiencing this?
[i have had much negative experience with raiders and people who are just shitter (kill for no reason and break rules very often). if i was an admin i would try to solve the issues and ban any raider trying to ruin peoples day. if i was a none admin i would would help to save the people who suffered from a raider (heal) or kill the raider to prevent future killings]

Have you ever had a good experience with the game or a game admin? If so, what was it? [i have had so many great experiences (that is why i keep coming back to play the game), roleplaying with people and nice people helping me out if i ever needed any help.]
 

The following are scenarios, respond with how you would handle each as an administrator. Respond with the assumption that you are an administrator with full access to the admin tools and that you have all the knowledge needed to use these tools. Respond in detail, explain the reasons behind the decisions you make, and describe any assumptions you are making. When you need to make an assumption, it is preferred for you to describe how differences in the assumption would affect your actions.

It is the start of the round. There are 60 players on the server. The game mode is traitors, traitors have not been selected yet. Three players decided to observe the round instead of joining and they started orbiting you. Two of them are encouraging you to "do something funny".
[if any admeme isn't necessary or i am too lazy for it i could turn them all into mouses or breads. if i am not lazy i could spawn them three in a testing room and just tell them "1v1v1"]

You see a clown using crayons to write on the floor in front of security. The clown's writings are negative things about security, like "shitsec". A Security Officer tells the clown that they're being arrested for vandalism, stuns them, and cuffs them. Before the Security Officer can get the clown into the brig, a passenger slips the Security Officer, causing them to lose their baton, then uses the baton to stun another Security Officer who comes to help as the clown runs away. The passenger escapes through disposals. Having heard an AOS radio callout, the detective enters maintenance near disposals and shoots the passenger to crit. There are four players in this scenario, the clown, the passenger, the secoff, and the detective.
[i would tell them the following things to them: the clown shouldn't write "shitsec" for no reason just to piss of people(if there is a reason like example sec shot the clown then i won't send them this but if they writes it often i atleast tell them to "please, write less mean things that often".), the secoff shouldn't arrest anyone who they don't like. writing "shitsec" isn't a crime, the passanger shouldn't slip and baton secoffs so the prisoner can escape, the detective should use non lethals or stun weapons against the passanger and not gun them down the second they get something they shouldn't have.]

You and another admin have been adminning for around an hour. The rate of issues has been easily manageable due to having 2 admins. Neither of you has been talking in the admin chat. You are using the Admin Help to warn a player for breaking a rule when the other admin joins the Admin Help and confirms that it is against the rules, but that it's fine in this case and they can ignore the rule for the rest of the round. You haven't taken any other admin actions yet, such as applying a ban or writing a note.
[i would write on the Admin Help "you still have to follow rules and i will get back on your current rule breaking in a min". then i would talk with the other admin trying to explain to them that players just can't break rules and there must be action take otherwise the server would be not fun for everyone and the server would be chaos. if the admin doesn't listen i report their doings to the owner.]

Two things that i would like to add are that I am very experienced with admins tools because I like to test things on private servers and I was banned from goob for faxing "boy kissers" to centcom.
