Everything that lead to your ban, give a detailed explanation. Relevant info only and don't leave anything important out:i contacted admin to see if i could get my friend help as he couldnt see in game. was asked if on a call to which i admitted i was and was told i was banned. 

Why you should be unbanned: i was teaching my friends about the game and forgot about metacommunication.
