Ban appeal

I was banned for "suspected metacomms, and being a raider." For the metacomming, I wasn't in a vc, I don't know how to prove it I was just breaking into hop for stuff with another cat, and I don't talk that much sometimes. For the raider stuff, Includes the breaking into hop, and I was a sleeper agent.
