reason for ban metacomms and raiding 

i was trying to teach a friend how to play the game and he was banned for raiding and when i asked the admins about why i was banned for the listed reasons.

i have no idea what raiding i could have done i literally just unlocked cmo and have been trying to get it all day 

and as for the coms thing i explained in my messages to the admin in game that i was in chat with them now as in i joined a call with them after they were banned.
