Are you banned from the Server or a Job/Department: I am banned from any command Job/the department

The reason you were banned: I was banned after 3 warnings because I left a round early as a command role.

Everything that lead to your ban, give a detailed explanation. Relevant info only and don't leave anything important out: I was fairly certain that whenever I had a legitimate reason to log off early in a round such as a family emergency, I would Ahelp and take the appropriate measures to cryo before logging off. I won't however disagree with the fact that I did log off without a reason or forgot to Ahelp. I would like to mention one moment in particular not as if I am complaining but just to put it out there. I remember Ahelping because I needed to log off (don't remember the reason as I took some time to reflect, and work picked up before writing this appeal) and didn't receive a response so I did what I normally would do and put my stuff in my locker and cryo'd before logging off. When I logged back in I had received a notification that I had received my second warning despite following the normal procedure when having to log off early. 

Why you should be unbanned:

I took time to reflect on what I should do to be able to not impact a rounds experience by logging off early and how to minimize that if I need to log off early. (if stuff happens, then it happens) I realize I should have taken it seriously after my first warning and am realizing how much I enjoy the server and need to take into consideration the experience for everyone in the round if their captain logs off early every other round. I realize my mistake and am willing to do my best to fix it. I do realize that the only way to know for sure that someone has learned their lesson from and ban and will actually follow through with what was written in their appeal is to observe their behavior when they return to the community so I want to offer some sense of assurance that moving forward logging off mid round, or early without a proper reason and ahelping it first is unacceptable and will do my absolute best to minimize the times when I have proper reasons to ahelp and log off by making sure I have ample time to participate in a round in its entirety. I really enjoy the server and the occasional chaos that seems to ensue and overall, just enjoy some of the unique roles and some of the community members I have met in game. I don't want to throw it all away and thus I am here writing this appeal with a plan on how I will make a change to be a positive influence with every round I participate in and the community as a whole.
