Can't interact with ChemVend or any ui based dispensor twice

Hello,

Recently learned Chem and got a good jugmix routine going however now when I join I can interact with any ui base dispenser once but only once. It locks me out of anything if I used it twice this goes for all dispensers in chem and other machines. Even drink and food vending machines. I have notice that my movement is more slow than it used to be. I have notice that my movement is more slow than it used to be did goob recently have an EU server? Tried reinstall and PC restart to no avail.
