Ban issue: I did what I was banned for, but the ban is unreasonably harsh.
Events leading to the ban
This was in the political discussion channel, Durk asked who wanted to join his newly formed council and i, larping as a communist, told a joke asking Durk if he was a “kkkouncilkkkom”.
kkkouncilkkkom itself is a bit of an inside joke about “council communism”, implying that it is just as bad as the KKK as well as tying into the stereotype that leftists/communists cannot stop infighting.
Reason the ban should be removed
Durk has been bantering about the new political system and the parties, i intended to play into that banter by making this joke. i didn’t mean to actually imply that Durk was a member of the KKK, but rather to make a joke about council communism and to play into the stereotype of infighting as i am larping for the whole political system.
my apologies to Durk for not making this clear.
I at no point intended to break the rules or insult anyone and i understand how this was misconstrued, i wont make jokes like this in the future.
