This category includes subcategories for appealing bans on our game and Discord servers.
Before Appealing
Make sure you’re appealing in the correct category. Posting an appeal regarding your Discord ban, but posting it in the category for game ban appeals confuses us and will likely result in your ban being denied.
If you already have an open ban appeal in a specific category, do not post another. Write a new comment in your currently open ban appeal if you would like to include additional information or edit it if needed.
Please do not alter the formatting or colors of your appeal in a way that makes it difficult to read. If this is not followed, your appeal may be denied.
After Appealing
Your appeal post will be public and will be used for communication about your appeal. In rare cases, we may have to communicate some details about your appeal with you privately. If this happens, you will almost always be contacted on your appeal post. If you would like to verify that someone messaging you about your appeal is staff, feel free to ask on your appeal post.
Do not message or ping specific people about your appeal.
If you want to withdraw your appeal, please post on it saying so.
Appeals are all processed by volunteers, so the time it takes to process them can vary widely depending on availability. If your appeal has not received a response in 2 weeks, make a new comment on your appeal or message the staff team responsible for the appeals category.
The information posts in each category should provide a link to message the responsible staff team. You can also do this if you were told that you would be unbanned, but you are still not unbanned at least an hour after you were told that you would be.
