Hi GS players. Here’s your forum announcement for today, taken from the Discord server.
Admin Applications
Admin applications are opening up earlier than usual. Hooray.
If you’re interested, go read up on How 2 Be a Goobmin, as the post explains our requirements for becoming an admin, what qualifications you may want to have before applying, and some other information that you may want to know beforehand.
Once you’ve read the beforementioned post, you can go apply in the admin applications category. Once in there, click “New Topic,” and it’ll take you to the wizard to fill out information and answer questions. Do keep in mind that those interested have until Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 12:00 AM (CST) to submit an application.
We recommend writing more than three sentences for the scenario questions and some of the general questions, as we would like to see effort in your application. You’ve got a brain, so use it to the best of your ability.

Time Transfers
One last thing: the time transfer category has been updated to use a wizard for posting new time transfer requests. This was done to prevent players from messing up less often. Instructions should be clear enough to tell you how you should have your proofs of playtime.
Recent Upstream Merge
Upstream has been recently merged with Goob Station. As usual, if you find any bugs that may have been caused by this recent merge or outside of it, report them on our content repository’s issues section.
