Ban issue: The ban is fair, but I would like a second chance or reduction.
Events leading to the ban
At the time i was banned, I had to step away unexpectedly to help care for my father, who had previously been struck by an Amazon delivery truck and is currently unable to fully care for himself. I needed to assist him with reapplying these cold patches for his pain, give him his medicine and fix his bandages, and I was unable to return or notify anyone because I had left my computer before the round even started, I didnt think I would take longer than 2 minutes.
Reason the ban should be removed
I understand the rules regarding inactivity and want to be clear that this was not intentional or habitual behavior. I stepped away due to a necessary caregiving responsibility and not out of disregard for the rules.
I’m kindly asking if you would reconsider the ban. Or just remove the notes on my account, because a day ban is not a problem for me. I appreciate your time and understanding, and I’m happy to provide any additional information if needed.
