Events leading to the ban

-During the round in which I was banned, a large influx of players caused a severe lag spike as well as general collapse of station order. I died from Asphyxiation as my bag was looted off my body, and I crashed out in dead chat saying; “This is retarded”.
- When ahelped, I was asked if I said ‘Retard’, and I explained that I did. I tried to explain myself, and was told that “it’s not going to help your case”. I was told I would be given a ban for this 2nd offense.
- I do not have enough recollection of the ‘pussyboy’ event to recall when/why it occured. I will acknowledge it is something I likely said while crashing out.
Reason the ban should be removed
-I have spent a long time away from the Goob community and taken steps to better myself in areas of life. At the time, I was working a high-stress job that likely pushed me to act a certain way regardless of what other people thought. I have since been going to therapy for other unrelated issues, and I think submitting an appeal is a good step to explain myself now that I’ve taken some time away.
-I do not have a spotless record, but I do have a positive note for performance as an NTR. Recently I have spent the majority of my time on the STARLIGHT servers, and managed to get myself whitelisted, but SL is a newer server and does not offer Vouchers.
-I vaguely remember calling someone a “pussyboy” during the course of the round/previous rounds, but I will stand firm on the fact that it was NOT intended to be taken in the manner that it did- I was NOT making a comment about their person’s character or sexuality. I understand they likely made the AHELP against me for using said terminology, and I’ll have to take the L on that one, and I will make sure I do not use these terms in the future. I hope that person reads this and understands that I was not attempting to make any comments about their sexuality or attack their person.
