Ban issue: I did what I was banned/noted for, but the ban is unreasonably harsh.
Events leading to the ban
I was goofing off in my previous appeal so I’ll be more concise this time.
First RDM:
Wasn’t RDM maybe over escalation? I was hired as a cargo technician and this person starts hitting me in cargo so I hit them back eventually critting, then someone else comes in also attacks me so I crit them too which should be allowed since NPC monkeys attack until crit? Maybe I’m wrong and this isn’t the RDM I couldn’t find anything else in the replay.
Second RDM:
What appeared to be a security officer to me as my understanding at the time and under the assumption I was a true “free agent” command and security are valid to kill as a antagonist so I critted them and walked away.
Reason the ban should be removed
There was no announcements at the time that monkey free agents couldn’t kill. Nothing ingame said anything about this no rules written anywhere. I was just going by the antagonist ruleset on goobstation. I truly do believe I did nothing wrong. If the game is not showing you the enforced rules then why should you be punished why am I expected to go searching out of the game for the correct rules?
I never intended to ruin anyones fun I only critted assuming they’d just be revived later. I didn’t go out of my way to hide the bodies or attempt to RR them.
