Length of ban: One Week.
Ban reason: as an assistant, had a lecter and captain's carapace and shot at security when they tried to arrest him.
Ban issue: The ban is fair, but I would like a second chance or reduction.
Events leading to the ban
Join round, round cool, have a looc chitchat break for half the shift about how I became good with BSO and Susu, have fun ragebaiting QM, Captain turns all of monkeys into security and gives them sec gear, then keeps suiciding, so on the last suicide I genuinely got mad at this captain just like how BSO was surely frustrated, so I just took his PDA to give everyone AA before handing it back, and I take Cap’s carapace and a Lecter (same thing that saved us from raider attack a few shifts back), I chill around with the guys, talk to BSO, give them tips and shit and what kits I choose and why, I walk around in cargo and me with QM started a shove fight, ofc I win, then I steal cargo fab (just took it to cargo front as a joke) and he tries to kill me, I RAN, and I ran, and I ran, when he almost crit me, so I retaliated and shot him down, and I returned him to BSO without taking anything, sec tries to arrest me, we run around, I get a janicart, run around and robust them all, stamcrit their officers, get 3 batongs, still have 1000 bananas left, when brigmed suddenly starts to lethal me, I’m like what?, I just kept running, luckily the acting cap told brigmed to not use them, but after I get caught at bar, guy took monkey ghost role (the HOS monkey) and it started to DT-2 lethal me, so ofc I retaliate and shoot it, then I look back at the interim cap (an officer) and he ong starts using antique laser on me, so I kill them, and I get banned, none of them were rred or taken stuff from, they were left fully intact and I was going to get them to medbay. Sure, it probs wasn’t valid to have a Lecter, but it wasn’t valid to get lethalled as it’s overescalation, and I never used it other than self defence.
Reason the ban should be removed
Im not really asking for a removal, but atleast a reduction. As the reason for me shooting was not because i wanted to, but i was acting in self defence, and the (excuse my language) incompetence of them lethalling lead to this. The remark says “when they tried to arrest him” but really what happened was they were overescalating into lethals to kill me. And i also made sure to not touch any antagonist related items. Once again, i will give the point to the admin regarding my contraband.
