You were banned by: "Leguia" The ban reason is: "Escalation - RDM - First Offense Escalation - Over escalation - Second Offense As a non antag chef had conflicts with other chefs throughout the shift, one of whom was a resomi. The resomi shot at them in the hallway with a disabler so in turn a CQC fight occured. During this the resomi had and was using a cleaver, the user disarmed the resomi and proceeded to use the cleaver to chop the chef's head off and eat their brain." This ban is for 2,880 minutes and will expire at Friday, December 26, 2025 6:36 AM UTC. Attempts to circumvent this ban such as creating a new account will be logged.

Ban issue: I did not do what I was banned/noted for.

Events leading to the ban

this shift i decided to play a chef, it was a mostly peaceful shift till i was attacked by chef 2 for no apperent reason, they crit me and send me down dispo, i come back and beat them up as revenge, durring the revenge beating chef 3 (the resomni) comes in and attempts to stop me, i stam crit then sleep them with cqc and send them down dispo, (i diddnt know they were a chef i thought they were an assistant) later they come back with a body, sec gear, and a disabler, they disabler me and i go stam crit and they almost cut my head off, so when i got up they hit me again but i was close to the kitchen so i counterd with CQC and decap him instead, after being randomly attacked in the middle of the hall and almost being decaped, i decap him in return and in an anger panic i eat there brain, at the time i thought they were attempting to do the same, i go through rest of shift with no other issues after getting patched up at med

Reason the ban should be removed

i do not understand how me defending my self from being decapitaed counts as RDM, allthough i think overescalation is valid in this situation, i feel as if i should have been warrned in this case though as it was end shift and they attempted to decapitate me first for no apperent reason
