I do have a few other niche characters, to name a few: Mike Schmit, Akiho Tomboshi, Leon Kontsant, etc. But I rarely ever use em.
On average, how many hours do you expect to admin per week: 10 hours, I can manage ten hours in a week, if needed it can be bumped up to 15h.
How old are you? 19
Do you have any SS14 experience outside of Goob Station servers, or any SS13 experience? Yes, I spent 500h on wizden and I do not wish to go back.
Do you have prior administration experience (SS13/SS14 experience preferred, please also post a way for us to verify this)?
Sadly no, I have tried to become a Tmin for the last year on goob, sadly the gods havent bleased me so HOPEFULLY this fourth attempt will work out.
Have you ever been banned from any SS14 or SS13 servers?
Yes, a ticket ban on wizden and a few minor ones on Goob itself. Though most of my bans on goob are pretty old by now.

What role do you think game admins serve on our servers?
They are administrators, people who look over the servers and ensure everyone is having a good time.
Why do you want to become an administrator for SS14?
Listen I have tried four times now, its clear this is important to me. I just want to help around in the server I enjoy the most.
What are you primarily interested in doing as an admin?
Honestly, I’m okay with anything. I talk a lot so I wont mind looking over games, and if the situation presents itself I will also do some admeme’s.
What are you least interested in doing as an admin?
Watching over that one person who we all know is going to complain at the end about goobcoins
[Joking, in all fairness I don’t really see a negative side of admining besides the constant malding but ill be able to tune it out.]
How do you feel about the current roleplay status on the servers?
For me LRP is too quick and not really fun, but MRP is better with its slightly more roleplay but honestly I gotta ask. HRP when?
In short, I like MRP the most. LRP is meh.
Other than banning problematic players, what admin actions do you believe have the biggest positive impact?
Mildly interacting with the players to make sure everything is going smoothly, while also just making other players feel seen and watched over.
Have you ever had a good experience with the game or a game admin? If so, what was it?
Yes. I have chatted with a lot of admins, even made some buddies so I can fairly say I have had good experiences with the admin team even though sometimes I was in the wrong.
Have you ever had a negative experience in the game or with a game admin? If so, what, if anything, would you do to prevent other players from experiencing this?
Thing is, I have had some bad interactions with admins but after some thought I figured out that most of the times the admins were either overstressed or I was just in the wrong and being stubborn.

Scenario Questions
Scenario 1
It is the start of the round. There are 60 players on the server. The game mode is traitors, traitors have not been selected yet. There are three players who decided to observe the round instead of join it orbiting you. Two of them are encouraging you to “do something funny”.
I’d just say no, possibly if I even can I might do a end of round thing at CC that’s if I can.
Scenario 2
This scenario takes place on LRP. The Head of Security has decided to coup the Captain. The Head of Personnel agrees with the Head of Security and has taken up arms in case it is necessary to aid in effecting the arrest of the Captain. The Captain is hiding with the Quartermaster in the cargo shuttle to avoid the Clown who has stolen the captains saber as a non-antag. There are five people named in this scenario. Please describe what actions, if any, you would take in relation to each, and why.
I’d check why the Hop and Hos want to coup Cap, if its a fair reason like captain doing nothing at all and being a menace I’d say sure go for it. If it was unfair I’d just tell them to stop and most likely issue them both a warning.
Other hand, I don’t see an issue with either cap or QM they seem to just be dealing with an IC situation and no clown stealing the caps saber isn’t note or even self-antaging behaviour, its a clown its what he does.
Scenario 3
You are ahelping a player about an issue. The player has no prior noted issues. A few days earlier, an admin had told you that this type of situation should result in a temporary ban for a first offense, and you are confident that this situation is not substantially different from the type that admin was describing. During the ahelp, another admin pings you on Discord with a link to the ongoing ahelp and tells you to just indefinitely ban them and make them appeal. Excluding trialmins and headmins, all admins are equally “ranked”. A headmin is not currently available.
I would think for myself, look over the admin handbook and decide for myself if what he did was really that bad. Since it was a first offense I’d most likely give them a minor punishment either a roleban or a short gameban, unless what they did was really bad.
Scenario 4
A brand new player has joined, chosen cargo tech, and instantly rushes to get satchel charges and other salvage gear. How do you act, if at all?
If it was truly a new player they would not even know how to navigate to get to salv or even understand what salvage gear is or what it does.
So I would watch him for a bit see what he does, If he tries to do some self-antaging stuff I would put an end to it and ban him there for raiding.
If not I’d let sec or QM handle it since it looks like more of a IC issue.
Scenario 5
A security officer, on code blue, spots a mime breaking into EVA, in response, he shoots the mime with lethal force then takes him to medical, in cuffs. How do you act, if at all, and to whom?
I’d bwoink the secoff telling him that he cant just lethal a mime for a minor offense like that and depending on how he answers either issue out a warning for escalation or a temp roleban.
Scenario 6
A chief engineer has been slacking all round, generally ignoring the responsibilities of the department, despite meteors and gas leaks happening all round. How do you act towards them, if at all?
Simply ask them why they were doing absolutely nothing then if he doesn’t give a good response I’d personally give him either a roleban or see if I could extend the time he needs to unlock CE once again, since slacking off as an important character like that is shitter behaviour.
Scenario 7
You are adminning with 2 other admins, and recieve an aHelp, you start handling it when one of the others butts in to the aHelp correct you. How do you act, if at all?
If the correction is valid then I’d be fine with it, since I would still be a Tmin learning the ropes, but if the info was wrong I’d message him on discord asking if he’s sure the information he said was right then try to resume my ahelp.
Scenario 8
A passenger arrives on station and starts skulking around in maints. Not preparing weapons or breaking into places, but gathering tools, insulation gloves, wires, gas mask, batteries, etc. How do you act, if at all?
Its an IC situation its what we all call a common tider, like a cockroach on the loose there’s nothing that we as gods aka admins should do about it and just let the security ingame handle it.
Scenario 9
You are playing as the HOS in-game when the only other admin online notifies you that they have to leave. Since you are an important figure, you decide to continue playing for the remainder of the round, going SSD when ahelps occur in order to deal with them. While playing, you arrest the clown for non-lethal assault against the HOP inside the medical bay. Just as you arrive at security with the clown in cuffs, you receive an ahelp from the CMO about their chemist blowing up chem. In order to investigate, you quickly hand the clown over to the warden and tell the warden to “deal with them.” While investigating the CMO’s ahelp, you then receive an ahelp about the warden beheading the cuffed clown. How do you act, if at all, and to whom?
I’d attempt to take care of both ahelps at the same time, since it takes a bit for people to text and what not, while also making sure both of those things happened.
For CMO’s ahelp it could go either way, the chemist may have accidently blown up chem via overheating some chemicals or intentionally either way its either a warning or a verbal warning.
For Warden’s ahelp I’d most likely roleban ward for being a bad security/warden and for escalation or self-antaging behaviour via beheading a random mime. Then I’d also try to play it out in RP as Hos, by demoting ward and what not.
