i got two in SL for egorg but it was when i just started playing ss14, while another is just failure of expectation of a high command role. it was 2+ months ago.

What role do you think game admins serve on our servers?
is to make sure that the game runs smootly and prevent shitters from ruining it(well try to), but also make it fun at times when able/ allowed to without distrupting the normal flow
Why do you want to become an administrator for SS14?
to help with the mrp server and it lack of admin’s based on boggle says in game
What are you primarily interested in doing as an admin?
is to make fun events and just have fun with the other admins that be there.
What are you least interested in doing as an admin?
try to figure what what went wrong if something does no go correctly or ahelps going sideways
How do you feel about the current roleplay status on the servers?
on mrp it seems to be alright but unsure about lrp since i dont be there that much
Other than banning problematic players, what admin actions do you believe have the biggest positive impact?
having funny events and intriguing rp

boggle is one cause they are a cool admin plus they were ze one that inspired me to try to become an admin on goobstation mrp

i have not faced any bad interactions with any of the admins on ze servers. but ill try my best to be reasoning as possible when a issue comes up
Scenario Questions
Scenario 1
It is the start of the round. There are 60 players on the server. The game mode is traitors, traitors have not been selected yet. There are three players who decided to observe the round instead of join it orbiting you. Two of them are encouraging you to “do something funny”.
i could do a funny with-in the admin area to not interfere with the main round so to give them their funny but if it in the main round it will be something super minor or nothing since the round have just started and traitor roles have not been done yet
Scenario 2
This scenario takes place on LRP. The Head of Security has decided to coup the Captain. The Head of Personnel agrees with the Head of Security and has taken up arms in case it is necessary to aid in effecting the arrest of the Captain. The Captain is hiding with the Quartermaster in the cargo shuttle to avoid the Clown who has stolen the captains saber as a non-antag. There are five people named in this scenario. Please describe what actions, if any, you would take in relation to each, and why.
for the hop/hos situation if it like a stun gun or something related then it be fine but if it like a full out lethal then some issues might happen, due to lrp it might be ok depending on what lethal in question is being used. but since the coup is still going to need admin perms for it to happen, i will let them know that unless the cap acts rather not talkative (aka goes lethal on sight) then will have to take the situation like a normal person would since the coup in question is requesting a higher RP then the server usual status. now for the clown issue, the clown if i remember under clown law ( if people actually read it ) they can do small pranks and not be caught up with it and it does not hurt anyone in the process. the situation does not say they got hurt by the clown so they should be fine unless stated otherwise
Scenario 3
You are ahelping a player about an issue. The player has no prior noted issues. A few days earlier, an admin had told you that this type of situation should result in a temporary ban for a first offense, and you are confident that this situation is not substantially different from the type that admin was describing. During the ahelp, another admin pings you on Discord with a link to the ongoing ahelp and tells you to just indefinitely ban them and make them appeal. Excluding trialmins and headmins, all admins are equally “ranked”. A headmin is not currently available.
from what i can decipher, due to what the other admin is says and of past knowledge, the indef ban is a bit much if of what the issue is and what it be since they have no notes prio of the ahelp, however i will ask the other admin about why the suggestion of indef ban if the thing is relating to a temp ban. there are reason’s to a lot of action but sometimes there be none. so it be good to ask about why.
Scenario 4
A brand new player has joined, chosen cargo tech, and instantly rushes to get satchel charges and other salvage gear. How do you act, if at all?
if one does appear, it could be a player from another server which have had experience before in different servers, but if they know about stuff that is only goob related then a note can be made to keep an eye on them. there can also be the use of a tool to see what the date the account was made if extra suspicion has happened.
Scenario 5
A security officer, on code blue, spots a mime breaking into EVA, in response, he shoots the mime with lethal force then takes him to medical, in cuffs. How do you act, if at all, and to whom?
the situation of what happened is a thing of context. if the mime has does antag activities like murdering a person then they will have reason to but if it like a thing where there was no pretense of aggression then things will be asked, ill also check if mime was antag or not and to check if station is having any major spacing issues or not. the most of what ill do if mime did nothing and not antag and it not spaced. will ask both parties why. but from the situation, will ask them both to try and not repeat the actions they did as a warning.
Scenario 6
A chief engineer has been slacking all round, generally ignoring the responsibilities of the department, despite meteors and gas leaks happening all round. How do you act towards them, if at all?
if what it be. i will ask them why they be ignoring their responsibilities, if it was something that happened in the round then it just a vibe check. but if it not round related then will ask them to try and follow up on their duties or else it will be role abandonment. and hopefully they do so. and if not. unable to do much and make note to mark what happened and to use if it continues for further rounds
Scenario 7
You are adminning with 2 other admins, and recieve an aHelp, you start handling it when one of the others butts in to the aHelp correct you. How do you act, if at all?
it nice that the other admin’s do be looking out for each other to help with stuff and such but unless is something rather important like something like a ban or it would be injustice if it took it’s course, would be nice to tell me about it in the admin chat instead of inside the ahelp for that user
Scenario 8
A passenger arrives on station and starts skulking around in maints. Not preparing weapons or breaking into places, but gathering tools, insulation gloves, wires, gas mask, batteries, etc. How do you act, if at all?
it be usual tider behavior since that how some people work. there be no actual reason to take any action since it a common thing to happen out and about within a normal round. but wouldbe a thing to keep an eye on if they get something weird that a tider don’t have normal use for like EVA but has no probable cause for any need for actions unless it goes bad.
Scenario 9
You are playing as the HOS in-game when the only other admin online notifies you that they have to leave. Since you are an important figure, you decide to continue playing for the remainder of the round, going SSD when ahelps occur in order to deal with them. While playing, you arrest the clown for non-lethal assault against the HOP inside the medical bay. Just as you arrive at security with the clown in cuffs, you receive an ahelp from the CMO about their chemist blowing up chem. In order to investigate, you quickly hand the clown over to the warden and tell the warden to “deal with them.” While investigating the CMO’s ahelp, you then receive an ahelp about the warden beheading the cuffed clown. How do you act, if at all, and to whom?
first it to attempt to finish with the chem blow up to settle that bit. it could take a sec or minute but if it taking too long then will go deal with the clown situation to figure out the clown issue to see if the clown did something or not to incur wardens beheadment. but if not then will ask the warden why they beheaded the clown. if it was caused then R.I.P clown but if not, will ask then to try and recover the situation about with hos/me to try and fix the issue. then head back to the chem issue if it has not been solved.

i could use some tips on the admin tools since some of the more advance tools are rather confusing to i but i have a good understanding of the basic ones.
