By going to the time transfer category and creating your post there.
I tried doing that, but it didn’t work because I’m using the “General” category; however, there isn’t a single category that works in the catalog.
Click on the Goob Station logo and it should take you to the list of categories. Scroll down, then you should see a category called “Time Transfers.” Click on that, then click on the button that says “Create Topic.”
It should take you to a wizard.
