Ban reason: Violation of Rule 0 (No Staff Disrespect) and a second reason that was not stated.
Ban issue: The ban is fair, but I would like a second chance or reduction.
Events leading to the ban
The exact events leading up the ban were as following:
On a Goobstation Bounty regarding Bingles (specifically the one that would have allowed for the Prime Bingle to place the pit), I had a conflict of opinions with the current Head Maintainer (Durk) which eventually led to the phrase ‘You know what’s dumb?’ being used. I promptly responded with ‘You’, due to the humorous nature of such a response plus the head maintainer’s behavior being provocative.
This resulted in the initial ban of an hour for breaking of rule 0, without any given warning (alongside Durk deleting multiple messages that were involved). I did end up complaining about this ban feeling unjustified for their use of aggressive behavior and ‘ragebaiting’ to use rule 0.
The problem then ensued on this other server (Ratbite 14) when Durk also appeared there and starting being aggressive. They started bickering with me (alongside calling some unique names like Retard) and started threating to IP ban me across all servers they hosted. This including multiple servers they were only mere the host of, however, were not part of the admin team. These servers being things like Traumastation, Goobstation, Omustation, Ratbite station (a server I was actively contributing to), and a few others.
And due to a staff member forwarding me the deleted messages, Durk has also been convinced that I have been using alternate accounts and such banning multiple individuals (at least two in counting, that I’ve spoken to on a few other discords. Alongside having a problematic history of abusing their privileges).
That was off subject, however, the perma ban came when I was unbanned and had to rejoin the server. In which I stated on the same bounty as before that the PR would likely be merged on other servers, regardless of Durk’s opinion and due to their ‘ragebaiting’ behavior. I would now stop responding to them.
In which they used that as an excuse to permaban me. Alongside IP banning me from Goobstation multiple times (due to having a dynamic IP) during rounds.
Reason the ban should be removed
While I cannot request it to be entirely removed, I would at least like the ban reduced from a perma-ban since I have no prior offenses. This was entirely a discord related issue that lacked any cursing, swears, or provocative. I have done little on my end to interact further with Durk, aside from when they intentional come over to the server I’m on and enter a specific channel designed for expressing distain towards someone.
