Do you have any SS14 experience outside of Goob Station servers, or any SS13 experience? Im basically in every ss13-ss14 discord ever, I play on multitudes of servers such as stalker, fallout (both ss13 and ss14), crystal edge, monolith and such

What role do you think game admins serve on our servers?
They are here to maintain order and fun in the server, Making fun events and making sure players are following the rules to the fullest, Making sure players feel comfortable with the game they are playing and sometimes helping them have their own fun!
Why do you want to become an administrator for SS14?
I have adminned in goob forks for a good while, I really like the goob staff (they are and have been really nice to me for as far as i can remember <3) I really wanted to carry my experience and what i have learned to the main server in order to make players have a fun game
What are you primarily interested in doing as an admin?
I want to assist players in their gimmicks
i want to stop griefers for ruining the fun of players or screaming bad words
I want to make sure players are comfortable playing on the server
I want to assist the players with builds
I want to make fun events and make players have fun
and i want to enjoy my time here.
What are you least interested in doing as an admin?
Banning people and Yelling at people over their mistakes
Im not a rough person and i really dont wish to punish people over things they do unless they really and i mean really did something bad.
How do you feel about the current roleplay status on the servers?
Honestly? I enjoy the roleplay on goob, I have not had an issue with RP since i have joined the server, I suppose it just shows how good of a community goob is as of now <3
Other than banning problematic players, what admin actions do you believe have the biggest positive impact?
Admin events or Adminbus, I think is the biggest positive impact a admin can have on the server, If its both enjoyable and funny it can create a lot of good memories for players and let them have more fun in a round where otherwise they wouldnt have any
Have you ever had a good experience with the game or a game admin? If so, what was it?
One round, at end of round i was allowed to become a musician and serve food and music to the people at centcomm, I had fun that round and got others to have fun too!

Scenario Questions
Scenario 1
It is the start of the round. There are 60 players on the server. The game mode is traitors, traitors have not been selected yet. There are three players who decided to observe the round instead of join it orbiting you. Two of them are encouraging you to “do something funny”.

Scenario 2
This scenario takes place on LRP. The Head of Security has decided to coup the Captain. The Head of Personnel agrees with the Head of Security and has taken up arms in case it is necessary to aid in effecting the arrest of the Captain. The Captain is hiding with the Quartermaster in the cargo shuttle to avoid the Clown who has stolen the captains saber as a non-antag. There are five people named in this scenario. Please describe what actions, if any, you would take in relation to each, and why.
Personally, I prefer not to handle complex situations like this alone. In cases like these, I would first reach out to other admins in adminchat for support and divide the responsibilities. I’d start by investigating the actions of the Head of Personnel and the Head of Security, specifically regarding their reasons for the coup and the legality of their actions. I’d then inquire if the clown’s involvement is relevant to the situation. If the clown is not involved, I’d speak with the clown to understand why the Captain is hiding from them.
Next, I’d approach the Captain to get their side of the story and determine whether the coup is justified. After gathering all the information, I would discuss the case with the other staff to decide whether any actions, such as warnings, are appropriate for any of the parties involved.
Scenario 3
You are ahelping a player about an issue. The player has no prior noted issues. A few days earlier, an admin had told you that this type of situation should result in a temporary ban for a first offense, and you are confident that this situation is not substantially different from the type that admin was describing. During the ahelp, another admin pings you on Discord with a link to the ongoing ahelp and tells you to just indefinitely ban them and make them appeal. Excluding trialmins and headmins, all admins are equally “ranked”. A headmin is not currently available.
I would not listen to the advice of the admin and just continue on making my own judgement, Generally i would give the player a warning and a note on first offense
Scenario 4
A brand new player has joined, chosen cargo tech, and instantly rushes to get satchel charges and other salvage gear. How do you act, if at all?
Thats a bit suspicious
First i go to https://replays.iterator.systems and search their username to see if they have been in any other server before
if not, i would PM them and ask them about it
they are very likely to respond with the nword and afterwards i would just permaban them for multikeying and bigotry
Scenario 5
A security officer, on code blue, spots a mime breaking into EVA, in response, he shoots the mime with lethal force then takes him to medical, in cuffs. How do you act, if at all, and to whom?
I would poke the secoff about excessive use of force and tell them to chill out a bit about using lethals on minor offenses, I would then give the mime a lollypop :3
Scenario 6
A chief engineer has been slacking all round, generally ignoring the responsibilities of the department, despite meteors and gas leaks happening all round. How do you act towards them, if at all?
I would PM them and ask about them slacking all shift and warn them by playing command they are expected to be competent and helping their department in fixing breaches and leaks, Which they have not remotely attempted to do at all that shift, I would give them a low warning note about this behaviour
Scenario 7
You are adminning with 2 other admins, and recieve an aHelp, you start handling it when one of the others butts in to the aHelp correct you. How do you act, if at all?
I would go to admin only and say thank you <3 and ask them if they want to handle it for me since im just a trialmin and dont know so much or if they just wanted to correct me!
Scenario 8
A passenger arrives on station and starts skulking around in maints. Not preparing weapons or breaking into places, but gathering tools, insulation gloves, wires, gas mask, batteries, etc. How do you act, if at all?
Nothing, General tider behaviour And i dont see why i would involve myself at all
Scenario 9
You are playing as the HOS in-game when the only other admin online notifies you that they have to leave. Since you are an important figure, you decide to continue playing for the remainder of the round, going SSD when ahelps occur in order to deal with them. While playing, you arrest the clown for non-lethal assault against the HOP inside the medical bay. Just as you arrive at security with the clown in cuffs, you receive an ahelp from the CMO about their chemist blowing up chem. In order to investigate, you quickly hand the clown over to the warden and tell the warden to “deal with them.” While investigating the CMO’s ahelp, you then receive an ahelp about the warden beheading the cuffed clown. How do you act, if at all, and to whom?
I would personally not play HoS due to the stress of the job itself but since this is a scenario i would act the following
I would go to the discord and ask for a admin to get on, Since the warden situation was related to me and i have a golden rule of myself to not handle ahelps related to me, I would need a diffrent admin to get on and not handle the ahelp at all until a diffrent admin gets on to do it
Then i would Poke the chemist about blowing up medbay and what happened, If its a mistake, i give them a pat on the shoulder and let them go, If its by purpose by an nonantag, I would verbally warn them and let them go.
