Events leading to the ban
During red alert, there was a group of syndicate agents with syndicate weapons and syndicate gear in space. As far as I knew, it was two of them but I only saw that one of them wore the CE hardsuit. At one point, while running through the maints, I had seen a guy hacking in from a air lock and closing the door behind them. They were wearing a full syndicate eva, their Id was not visible (looked like the blank ID in the dark) had a syndicate tactical vest on as well. I screamed, “PUT DOWN THE WEAPON!!” and the guy just stood there looking at me. I not waiting for him to pull out the weapon I though he would have, shot him with my kramer, cuffed him, and then used my Epi pen on him. I took him to brig med and left.
Reason the ban should be removed
Apparently after I left him at the brig med, the brig med just let him die on the floor (who would have guessed.) I don’t think I deserve a 12 hr ban let alone a 5 day roll ban for shooting a guy wearing a full syndicate gear on red alert while I was informed that there were two highly armed syndicates in space. One of which nearly killed me earlier. Not to mention that I did not kill him, but critted him, it was the brig med who allowed them to die when I dragged them there, and I had even attempted to stabilized them on the way to sec with my epi pen.
