What role do you think game admins serve on our servers?
They keep the game fair and enjoyable for everyone by enforcing rules. Rules are mostly for fair play and enjoyability of the game. After all, fun is what matters in a video game.
Why do you want to become an administrator for SS14?
I have been a long time goob player. The community is interesting, i have met so many amazing people through goob. Since i also like to observe rounds, i want to actually be usefull by responding to ahelps. Also, i will never beat the “budget pasha” allegations.
What are you primarily interested in doing as an admin?
Responding to ahelps, redeeming tokens, maybe a minor event or two (ERT have so much cool shit but it goes unused).
Being an NTCT is also a thing im looking forward to. Goob is hard to get into with its dedicated and robust playerbase, although i would do anything with my power to teach the younglings.
NTRs could also use some RP interactions.

How do you feel about the current roleplay status on the servers?
I enjoy the moderate shittery and memes of LRP, but i would also be able to admin on MRP with my moderate expirience on MRP servers. I have to admint i have not played a lot on MRP.
Other than banning problematic players, what admin actions do you believe have the biggest positive impact?
Fixing bugs that may come up, being a mentor.
Have you ever had a good experience with the game or a game admin? If so, what was it?
Admins are generaly competent and respond to ahelps whenever they are active. While i did not use ahelps for gameplay related questions, i am sure i would get geniuene and accurate responses.
Have you ever had a negative experience in the game or with a game admin? If so, what, if anything, would you do to prevent other players from experiencing this?
My ahelps being left alone even though there is a funky aghost flying around.

Scenario Questions
Scenario 1
It is the start of the round. There are 60 players on the server. The game mode is traitors, traitors have not been selected yet. There are three players who decided to observe the round instead of join it orbiting you. Two of them are encouraging you to “do something funny”.
I spawn 4 vox plushies in bridge and make them walk on their own so they will scree whenever they move.
Scenario 2
This scenario takes place on LRP. The Head of Security has decided to coup the Captain. The Head of Personnel agrees with the Head of Security and has taken up arms in case it is necessary to aid in effecting the arrest of the Captain. The Captain is hiding with the Quartermaster in the cargo shuttle to avoid the Clown who has stolen the captains saber as a non-antag. There are five people named in this scenario. Please describe what actions, if any, you would take in relation to each, and why.
Captain - i would ask what has made HOS do a coup and ask HOS for details. Depending on what captain has done, i would either let it play out in character, letting the coup progress and letting it go as it was all handeled in character through RP, or ban / note the captain after the coup if he was too incompetent / was powergaming / validhunting etc.
HOS - i would investigate the reason why he deemed that a coup was the best answer to captain behaviour (vote of no confidence exists). If captain was innocent, this would be command incompetence ban / note and maybe even overescalation. If the reason for coup was valid, i would closely observe what orders and actions HOS takes as to avoid overescalation.
HOP- This is not his job, he is not in danger nor he is a security officer. He should not be arming up himself, nor aiding in captains arrest. Powergaming note / ban.
Clown- He is not an ontagonist and yet he stole captains weapon, self ontag.
QM- uninvolved, had nothing to do with this whole scenario.
Overall, LRP is pretty much one note, i would really like to see that happen during a round, if a chudshift happens, i see no reason to stop the coup as long as it is valid and no other rules are broken. RP in my RP game.
Scenario 3
You are ahelping a player about an issue. The player has no prior noted issues. A few days earlier, an admin had told you that this type of situation should result in a temporary ban for a first offense, and you are confident that this situation is not substantially different from the type that admin was describing. During the ahelp, another admin pings you on Discord with a link to the ongoing ahelp and tells you to just indefinitely ban them and make them appeal. Excluding trialmins and headmins, all admins are equally “ranked”. A headmin is not currently available.
If someone told me to jump out of my window, i would not do it.
I would stay fair to the rules and issue a temporary ban.
Scenario 4
A brand new player has joined, chosen cargo tech, and instantly rushes to get satchel charges and other salvage gear. How do you act, if at all?
I would watch was he does with these charges, if he self antags → bwoink “Hello, are you a raider?”
If he does nothing then i would not care.
If anyone ahelps, i would remind him that he is a cargo tech, not a salvager.
Scenario 5
A security officer, on code blue, spots a mime breaking into EVA, in response, he shoots the mime with lethal force then takes him to medical, in cuffs. How do you act, if at all, and to whom?
If its revs, situation is dire and secoff followed verbal escalation, this would be valid.
If mime is set as KOS for any valid reason, nothing would happen.
Without any escalation, this is a overescalation ban / note for the secoff.
Him bringing the mime to be healed changes nothing, he should have used non lethals.
Scenario 6
A chief engineer has been slacking all round, generally ignoring the responsibilities of the department, despite meteors and gas leaks happening all round. How do you act towards them, if at all?
This would be role abandonement note / ban.
If he also neglected to lead his departament, i would add command incompetence.
Scenario 7
You are adminning with 2 other admins, and recieve an aHelp, you start handling it when one of the others butts in to the aHelp correct you. How do you act, if at all?
If i really made a mistake, i would appreciate someone correcting me ( if they were right of course)
Scenario 8
A passenger arrives on station and starts skulking around in maints. Not preparing weapons or breaking into places, but gathering tools, insulation gloves, wires, gas mask, batteries, etc. How do you act, if at all?
This happens every round, no rules are being broken.
Scenario 9
You are playing as the HOS in-game when the only other admin online notifies you that they have to leave. Since you are an important figure, you decide to continue playing for the remainder of the round, going SSD when ahelps occur in order to deal with them. While playing, you arrest the clown for non-lethal assault against the HOP inside the medical bay. Just as you arrive at security with the clown in cuffs, you receive an ahelp from the CMO about their chemist blowing up chem. In order to investigate, you quickly hand the clown over to the warden and tell the warden to “deal with them.” While investigating the CMO’s ahelp, you then receive an ahelp about the warden beheading the cuffed clown. How do you act, if at all, and to whom?
I would resolve it IC by demoting and arresting the warden, Clown would be healed and and then sentenced accordingly.
I was involved in this situation therefore i would not take action and insted ahelp about warden and ping someone avaiable on discord to hop on.
