Ban reason: “As paramed got deputied (fine) and then after some time used contraband as sec (NOT fine) including the emag, acolyte armor and chest rig." -Arenik
Ban issue: I did what I was banned/noted for, but the ban is unreasonably harsh.
Events leading to the ban
I would like to state the events;
After being deputized and given firearms and armor, seeing the values on the riot, bulletproof, I knew I needed both piercing and blunt resistance. I then go to med with my armor vest after walkiing around, and only then, I have only commandeered the Acolyte Armor after seeing it on a table in med, swapping it for my sec-issued Armor Vest after being armed with the reason that I have already been killed by the Syndicate 3 times, with them having weaponry and a holoclown with CQC. I have also been shot at by a Bloodred, so I took initiative, temporarily took Armor, and as I were walking in the hallways, I see the captain, the Bloodred syndicate, which turns out to be the person that I fought with, I pull out my drozd, we exchange shots, I survive thanks to the acolyte armor’s superior piercing res., then I brute inject myself, and end up killing him after a prolonged shootout. I then take the body to sec, and with HOS remove their equipment, picking up a chest rig and emag there. However, the chest rig has not left sec with me, and the emag hasnt been used by me, and I dropped them after the ahelp.
The admin didnt note it but I have illegally consumed 5u of hyperzine to win the engagement after I saw myself going low on health with my medhud. I will not lie on this.
Reason the ban should be removed
My actions were not ideal, and not up to book in a sense. But prior to this, I saw multiple seccies die, the perp still alive, a sec cadet even witness me being attacked and dont do anything, and as the security force was not winning the battle, I decided to take extreme measures and take the armor.
