Brief description of what happened: I let a corpse rot in med as cmo. he messaged me

So there was a virus, it was code violet, there was a botanist, I was cmo, he didn’t want to be kept in viro, he tried to break out, he almost killed me, me and detective restrained him, he ended up dying, I had 2 other virus victims to take care of I just left him to fix other people, his corpse ended up rotting. in the end he was the only casualty of the virus.

As the CMO, it is your job to do the best you can to heal everyone, but also follow space law. If the person in question was threatening to spread the virus - or as you stated attacked you. The first thing you should have done once they went crit is get security. As they were crit, you could have cured them, death also causes the disease to die (Unless this is bugged right now) but there were multiple instances where revival would not have been an issue
It is not your job as CMO to declare or decide if somebody should be DNR’d(Do not revive) just because they attacked you or messed with medical, that is up to Cap and Security. You round removed somebody over a petty spat which should never happen. Furthermore if you believed this player was a problem you should have Ahelped it yourself, LRP still insists on a level of roleplay.
17Gnomes is not receiving any strikes for this. I will give them pointers on how to explain what you did was very much a rule break.
