Discord username: cosmicthediscommunicator

Date of incident: 06/22/2026

Staff involved: Xeve/xeve.

Staff conduct broken: 1.5, 1.7

Where the incident occurred: Basileus

Brief description of what happened: EORG two rounds in a row on MRP, via spawning in a lot of xenos + detonating nuclear option one round, and gibbing me the next :frowning:

Detailed explanation of everything that occurred

Xeve did a vote on the first round, asking if they wanted to see something funny at CC. They then proceeded to spawn in 3 xeno queens and a large amount of xenos, killing a lot of people at CC. They then spawned in and detonated a nuclear option. The next round, they showed up, spawned a bunch of bread and then use the wizard smite spell on me when I tried to say hello at the end of the second round.

Additional information

The two subsequent rounds in question are rounds 39491 and 39492

1.5: Xeve is not in violation

Xeve properly held a vote for the round involving a nuclear option and xenos. In the next round Xeve had set up a security greeting at CC and had spawned themself in as a CCO to “lead” these security. The only action that could be considered “extreme” was the smiting of you, which individually isnt considered a policy break of 1.5 since the round was over. (additional reasoning included in 1.7)

1.7: Xeve is not in violation
Policy 1.7 states

1.7 Administrators must follow Discord and Server Rules.
Goobstation Administrators must follow the Goobstation Discord server rules at all time, if you see someone violate a rule, you should either warn them or time them out for a select amount of time. Administrators are expected to not break any server rules while deadminned or adminned.

EORG is not permitted on Basileus, conducting EORG as an admin is similarly not permitted.
The question then becomes does smiting you constitute EORG.
CCO’s from an RP standpoint are a mix between incompetent bureaucrats and tyrannical demi-gods. They are not required to adhere to space law, they view employees of NT as assets rather than people, and have an overall disregard for life.
Reviewing the logs (replay didnt save), Xeve smited you after you approached him at CC in his bread den. Before doing so he said “ew poor”. This comes across more as a demi-god with an ego than a griefing and breakdown of the roleplay environment.

Xeve did not go on to kill others randomly and went on to conduct the RP duties of CCO (leading and directing the security team he set up).
As such I do not deem this as a violation of 1.7 since Xeve’s actions can reasonably considered proper role play.
