Brief description of what happened: Not answering all ahelps while he is active. Not checked my ahelp. Also giving high punishmed which is not fair

Detailed explanation of everything that occurred

Yesterday a guy (william the sec) batoned me beat me cqc me and kept me for more than 10 minutes. For rolling russian roulette gun and aimed myself(idk how punching me to crit helps with that) and i ahelped. Admin was there but didnt even answered my ahelp instead of this he was watching a antag guy like that “waowww, yeaaa, owwe headshoot”. İ dont have problem with staff who enjoys shifts but i want them be fair. Because when round end he still didnt answered my ahelp.
However when i was hos who is have low health, during red und under heavy antag assult. İ took somebodys medipen. BOWİNK he instantly started type me like bowink bowink bowink. Even i said let me do my job first (i was typing a message to QM for medipen request) he didnt even listen me and contiuned bowink bowink.
So when im opening ahelp they didnt care and watching a guy with popcorn but ahelp against me they instanlty teleporting.

Also they gave 5 DAY for taking medpen from someone even thats not even theirs 1/3 of medipen and they didnt care i was about to die.

Its MAX MAX a warning not even more. (Still i dont think it even need warning. If even a child empyheise he can see im right about medipens)

Landakoza has broken no admin policy no strikes will be given.

Beginning with the unanswered ahelp he wasn’t maliciously ignoring you he simply missed the ahelp. Missing an ahelp is something that’s bound to happen by every admin at some point and shouldn’t be taken as a deliberate attempt to ignore you. Regardless I have spoken with them about being more attentive with incoming ahelps.

As for their conduct in the second part of this complaint looking through the ahelp log he did not spam you with ahelps as you seem to suggest here. Furthermore your choice to search a salvager and seize their luxury pen instead of just requesting medicine in medbay or simply using the auto injectors your given in security is an act of incompetence which Landakoza chose to role ban you for a time which is acceptable within our banning policy.
