Length of ban: Appeal only

Ban reason: Non grouping / Slurs / Indef GB - Use of "faggot"

Ban issue: I did not do what I was banned/noted for.

Events leading to the ban

Not entirely sure. It must’ve happened after last night’s rounds, where I played as the Station AI. I did not recieve a warning (Which makes sense, with the zero tolerance rule), but that leaves me grasping at straws at what actually happened.

Reason the ban should be removed

I earnestly believe to not have said the F-word. I do swear a lot, that much is true, but never would I use that word, nor any similar to it. That’s just a cruel and hurtful thing to do, which is just not who I am.

However, I do admit that this argument is flimsy at best. Unfortunately, circumstances as they are, I have no proof to offer nor a better defense for myself, other than hoping this was a mistake of sorts. But I do believe to have done not what the ban claims, of this I am certain.

Hopefully this can be dealt with quickly. Thank you for your time, and apologies for the trouble caused.

I do admit to having no recollection whatsoever of having said it, but if there is a receipt like this one, then it must’ve actually happened. The only thing I can add to it is hoping that I was referencing to myself (or my character, in this case) rather than aiming it at someone else. But no matter what the actual context of using the word was, I do owe an apologize; Both for saying it altogether, and for having forgotten that I used the word.

This being the case, I would like to change the reasoning from “I haven’t done what the ban says” to “The ban is fair, but I would like a second chance.”

The punishment is absolutely fair and deserved, that I won’t argue. I was 100% in the wrong, and I own to my mistake. Nonetheless, I’d like to request a second opportunity. To not repeat this situation, and to not say anything like that again- or anything similar to it.
