Ban issue: I did what I was banned/noted for, but the ban is unreasonably harsh.
Events leading to the ban
Was told I was using a new account. Explained that I lost credentials to my older account and told that the old should be banned instead because I am not using it. Admin instead banned the new one.
Reason the ban should be removed
1.Making another account would be circumventing
1.1 I have forgotten the older account credentials and its name
2.I have much more game hours on the newer account.
