Events leading to the ban
Hello! I was recently invited to play on your sever by a friend of mine, so I attempted a connection and received this ban message referencing an alt account I made to do pranks on my old admin team for the game “MORDHAU” (a game I used to run servers for)
The ban said that I was multikeying, I was a bit shocked to see I received this ban since as far as I can recall I’ve never logged into your server before with my “MORDHAU” account or my primary account for that matter (although I might have logged on with my main account for a little bit at some point I just don’t remember)
I went to check and it appears that I do have space station 14 in my alt account’s steam library, however I appear to have a total playtime of 3 minutes from 2024. and can send a link to my alt accounts steam profile to verify
Reason the ban should be removed
I believe this ban was performed by some sort of automated system, and would like to start playing space station some more on a server I have heard is fun, and I feel that a permanent ban, or any ban of all is unwarranted for my specific situation.
