"I broke no rules you dumbass" After blatantly breaking space law. What are we doing man.
Ban issue: What I was banned/noted for is not against the rules.
Events leading to the ban
Starting off the round I started playing as detective, there was nobody in command except HoP so I decided to go undercover I stated to HoP before requesting a pda, an earpiece and a spare bartender ID(23:57:47 in replay time), he agreed and gave me all that was asked. I next picked some clothes(I want to add the fact that I was not sure if I actually needed an HoS, Captain to agree with me going undercover seeing as how there were max 15 players on and no command other than HoP which didn’t have a problem with it so I wore jackboots, and security over ear headset just in case, as per Number 6 in Detective SOP) fitting a service job and went with my bartender ID into bar(chat logs lead up to this).(0:55 in replay time) The bartender started shoving me multiple times at first with which I had no problem with maybe rp, maybe getting pissed off then calming down later, to which I said nothing, they then continuously shoved me for no reason again to which I said I understand you can kick absolutely anyone out of your bar(as per number 5 in Bartender SOP but and there is a big but not ONLY was the rule in the same SOP “They are not, however, permitted to do so if the person in question uses the door, or is on an active investigation” followed by that, they even proceeded to shoot me with a shotgun and me refusing to leave due to me doing my job as a new bartender undercover which as stated per rule number 2 in Bartender SOP “unruly patrons”, I am not a patron I am a bartender) to which I previously stated with go to HoP who is your boss if you have a problem with this. After he shot me with the shotgun taking into consideration all of the previous actions and things happening after I got up from the ground I proceeded to shoot him with the disabler until he collapsed and then tried to cuff him, I failed because of the fact his character sprite was under the table(this will be important later on as well), to which he got back up again and a security officer the only officer that was on the station at that time came in the bar. I told the sec officer to arrest him as my disabler was running low on shots remaining to which the officer was standing around and looking at both of us like I was not actively telling him I just got assaulted by a bartender. He then proceeded to stand around some more to which the barkeep tried to shoot at me AGAIN but failed ultimately made me shoot one of my revolver rounds seeing as I had nothing else to shoot him with(no stunbaton, no judo on det either) he took only one bullet, nothing else was fired and then after saying the same thing again to the officer he finally decided to drag the barkeep away to brig. After some time the bartender comes back and tries to take my shotgun(15:35 in replay time) that I held on my back to make sure he doesn’t use it like that again. He repeatedly tries to take it off my back and I do nothing but move to interrupt his stealing process to which he goes away again. He then comes out of nowhere on the bottom right on my screen and seemingly gasping for air which was later understood both from him and medical saying he had burns and or poison that killed him(from a plague rat) as he seemingly died right next to me in bar(16:53 in replay time). Keep in mind his sprite goes under the tables as he was crawling over that desk apparently he DID die I only saw the gasp before I moved to the left so maybe that’s why I didn’t see the “dies emote” and add that to the fact he malded in looc as a hamster for 10 minutes straight not only to me after he died but to HoP as well how I actually IGNORED his dead body instead of taking him to med to get healed. I did not hear and I do not hear sounds that are out of my screen due to the fact I am on speakers and he thought no you couldn’t not have heard the death you completely ignored me. He also added the fact that I did that just to keep the bar to myself. Understand I have no reason to give a fuck about the bar and made 2 drinks the entire time before and after he died I was only using it as cover to which I also forgot to mention I did tell him as well I was undercover and the clown that was there also told him the same since it took the clown 2 seconds apparently to realise I was a detective undercover due to the jackboots and earpiece(chat logs with this entire interaction between me the bartender and clown). The HoP also came later on and said I found a body in bar, I said oh really where(obviously I knew where now but he was a hamster so I couldn’t have revived him now could I) he then told me he walked into bar (and with no light seeing as how bar lights were very dim and smashed earlier due to shotgun rounds so the only light was from the hallway in front of us to hop office) he somehow CLEARLY saw the guy with only a CENTIMETER of sprite going from under the desk mind you with a character sprite that is BLACK in DARKNESS and when I asked him how he said I just right clicked in looc. so you just random right click everywhere you go? So you didn’t see him, you right clicked him then which makes it obvious he told you(I saw the hamster in bridge next to HoP). IN LOOC which is bannable in itself(28:05 in replay time). That was the reason I was banned while offline without having any ability to say anything back. I have to add the fact that I have screenshots regarding the usernames and messages of people that were involved in the incident also the malding itself as a hamster in looc..
Reason the ban should be removed
I wholeheartedly believe the banning admin has not read the chat logs from start to finish and ignored anything else other than the stuff coming from the person asking for the ban, and I say this might just be a potential mistake from the admin because if he did read the chat logs and the damage logs and carefully made this decision afterwards that is very very bad and I will be making a full complaint against them. (I forgot to add the fact that when all of this happened there was no admin online, I know this from the fact the dead guy speaking as the now alive hamster in looc mentioned “There are no admins online right now”)
