Ban reason: Self Antag - As hos abandoned their post joined a group of pirates and handed over an officer as a prisoner to said pirates
Ban issue: I did not do what I was banned/noted for.
Events leading to the ban
I was hos I hear that there is pirates. I send out an annoucment saying i am done with the station and want to go join the pirates. Ai tells me the pirates are at evac so i go down to evac two pirates are their and are shooting at a dead officer who they start dragging to their ship. they shoot at me and I tell them to stop and that i would like to join them. I go aboard their ship and put on a pirate eva suit. I take the dead officer into the medical room where i start treating them. One pirate walks in i cuff the officer to prove my loyalty. I am trying to get the officer alive but there is no scanner aboard so i start bringing them to the airlock to throw them back on the station. This is where i get banned instantly without any help. My obvious plan wasnt to join the pirates but to inflitrate them get some intel then kill them all.
Reason the ban should be removed
I firstly didnt do any antagonistic actions besides tell the pirates i wanted to join them all i did was try to help the dead secoff and put on a pirate uniform. I didnt shoot at anyone steal anything I think i was on the ship for a minute before i was banned. Secondly there was no ahelp no asking for what i was doing which i admit looked like i joined the pirates because that is what i intended. But i was given zero opportunity to explain myself and if i had it would have been cleared up in 30 seconds. I didnt abandon my post i didnt do anything to aid the pirates. If i had been given even a minute more the pirates would have all been dead.
Watch the replay you will see what happened. If i had been ahelped and given a chance to say what i was doing this misunderstanding would have been easily cleared up. I have over 200 hours in goob station I would 100% know that as hos I cannot join pirates actually. I quite frankly am angry that the round was ruined beause i wasnt given 30 seconds to give a like one sentance explanation of what i was doing now i have to wait either 3 or 4 days until i can play again.
I didnt do what i had been accused of, I dont deserve the 4 day ban.
